Since I was a teenager my doctor kept warning me about the body weight, informing it may cause health problems if over it should be.
Luckily enough I didn’t suffer from blood pressure or cholesterol, so I am not on any medication, however I know this conditions go very along with overweight.

I started gaining weight when studying and reading became my only hobby, and no fitness activities where included in my day to day routine: I stopped finding the time for walking, dancing, training. And before I realised, I had to start a diet because I wasn’t feeling well with myself anymore. Along with the diet I started going to the gym 2-3 times a week, but the routine eventually made me stop as nothing was keeping me interested, everything was sooo Boring.
I started a new diet God knows how many times before, and every time I gave up because my weight was not going down and I was feeling more frustrated than when I started.

So I then decided to give me another chance, and I decided to try A New, Better Life as I heard Great things about the Team and I was Chosen for the 6 week challenge.
I wanted to challenge myself, and i thought this was a great incentive to push me to get the result I wanted.
I have lost Over 9 inches from three Trouble Areas in just 6 weeks, and considering in between I have been on holiday for 1 week, without training, and enjoying the delicious food, I was Super-Thrilled.
I trained 3-4 times a week and most of the time it was a different group, different Members, various Coaches and Most Importantly different exercises.
Having always a different exercise to focus on a different Setup, a Different Session altogether is one of the Many things I loved most about the program: you never get annoyed or bored..I never did.
