When I moved to Malta and changed my usual living routine I started piling up extra kilos.
A full-time job as teacher and area leader in a school and a part time job as lecturer at university contributed to my wrong nutritional choices as I was often reverting to unhealthy “fast” food to cope to my hectic schedule.

I increased my strength and toned up my body considerably. From being a chubby “laptop addicted” walking up the stairs with difficultly … I reached the point I can run on the stairs, back and forth, with no effort. I can lift weights and do exercises previously considered as impossible.
And I treasure the daily 30 minutes as a happy and relaxing moment.
