I like to eat burgers, pizzas, pasta and when I was pregnant with my kids,I would eat a lot and a lot of junk! My weight gain was always a problem….
With the covid situation I didnt have a lot of motivation and was eating alot of even more junk food… I also suffered from Anxiety and Stress.
Before I did go to the gym but I didnt feel comfortable….
