Besides being professional the Coaches are very friendly and helpful, they guide you and encourage you throughout the session!! Made new friends!!! The closed facebook group for Members Only is a great idea that keeps you motivated, it helps to encourage one another to keep going!!! The daily posts of our food, not only helps us learn about what we eat as we are guided by professional nutritionists but we can also exchange recipes and ask loads of questions to the nutritionists…

I feel healthier, not only have I lost weight but I have gained more strength, feel more confident!!! Dropped clothes sizes!!! At work now I challenge myself to rush up the 2 flights of steps
