Especially After my first pregnancy things started taking a turn to the worse. I stayed fairly active during the pregnancy, but I didn’t manage to maintain my fitness level after the baby was born.

First it was the recovery, then the high demands of the new baby who always wanted to be with mummy. When the baby slept I needed to sleep too and not work out. Exercise just flew out of the window as I felt there was no time for myself to exercise. I was also comfort eating.

I particularly enjoyed the Group Sessions at A New Better Life. They are only 30 minutes long and very effective. The schedule is also packed with different sessions to choose from, Monday to Sunday, early morning till late in the evening, so it is easy to find a convenient time slot to exercise, for sure.

I am starting to feel like my Best self again, and that’s a Great feeling. I feel Much more Energetic, and fully Motivated to continue achieving more results!
