Just wanted to leave this post to thank you guys, I've been on the programme since March and the changes over the long term have been amazing. This is not a quick fix solution but a long term process which educates you and gives you all the tools necessary to succeed in your weight loss and fitness goals not only that, it also helps you maintain the results you gain. With the diet and workout plans which are personalised, I'm in better shape without starving myself and plus I ran a 10km marathon last Sunday something I could not even finish just a year ago. I highly recommend new better life, if you start the programme and get the work in there's no limit on what you can achieve and yes you will have a new better life (pun intended). I would like to thank a new better life for supporting me in loosing an amazing 18kg! I went from a size 14 to a size 8 and still can't believe it! I have also become a fitness freak and don't miss a session at the gym, I have leamt that weights are for lifting not carrying on your bum and tam in the form of fat.
