Sandra Bonello – A New, Better life
Hello I am Sandra Bonello and am 43 years old happily married and a proud mum of 5 kids….
 
Due to several pregnancies especially after the youngest one (2014) my weight kept on increasing. Until I breastfed, my body was under control, but after I stopped breastfeeding, my weight and size doubled too.
I tried several diets and ate healthy, I also went for consultation to a nutritionist and started a diet, but all in vain. The Kilos and inches remained there.
My Blood sugar levels are abit high and doctors kept on suggesting I lose weight, even my legs are not that good and had swollen feet due to being overweight.
I tried different solutions but all in vain. I needed something desperate to lose weight.
 
Every time I was on Social Media, A New, Better Life kept on popping up with different videos which motivated me but still… I was not convinced, until once I saw a photo of a friend of mine who had done the program and lost a lot of Inches and looked Great.
 
I called her and asked about the 6-week challenge and she encouraged me to start the program.
And I did! The best decision I’ve made! I was enrolled in the 6 wk challenge and my journey began.
 
I used to attend 4 times a week which were quite intense and effective.
Due to my VERY Busy life it was very convenient for me that each session lasted just 30mins, but were very effective. The Coaches are very patient and really helpful.
During the 6 week challenge I lost 11 inch and my clothes fitted much better, my breath was better and I really feel fit especially if I have to make a race with my boys (usually I end up stopping before I even started).
 
Even climbing the stairs was an achievement! I usually had to stop 3 times in one flight of steps, now I can go up the second floor without stopping.
I encourage anyone who feels that there is no hope and can’t loose weight to enrol for sessions with A New, Better Life…Courage and determination where the key factors for me to loose weight.
My kids used to be ashamed to walk with me in the street, saying “You are FAT” now I can wear a beautiful dress and not feel embarrassed but feel GREAT instead.

Geoffrey Gilson – A New, Better life
My Name is Geoffrey Gilson, and I started this Fat Loss & Toning program because I wanted to re-gain my Looks & Life back.I am on both blood pressure and cholesterol medication, and my doctor said that if I lose weight, I could get rid of the pills and have a better overall life. Initially my weight was gained because i used to eat large portions of food and I did not do any exercise.
 
I tried many different food plans with other nutritionists and I also tried going to the gym, but I only lost a little bit of weight, with which I was not satisfied.
 
I saw the 6 Week Challenge advert and there was no way back.
 
After I started the programme at A New, Better Life I re-gained the motivation to kick-start an Amazing new chapter in my life.
 
I lost 10kgs in 6 weeks and I Exercised 3 times each week, just 30 minutes each time.
 
While attending, I obtained the courage to continue moving forward and obtain better results. For other people that want the courage to start training like I did, I would say to go ahead, as there is nothing to lose but you could only achieve. It’s a Tremendous Win-Win situation.

Anne Marie Bonello – A New, Better life
I started the program with the aim of getting myself back on track after the Christmas holidays. I had been overweight since the age of 7, and whilst my weight has fluctuated in the past few years, my worst was during my final years of medical school.
 
My biggest constraint has always been my love for food especially sweets and stress eating especially during examination periods. I suffer from polycystic ovarian syndrome, which I control with medication, however it makes it harder for me to lose weight. I also suffer from migraines, especially after night shifts.
 
I work as a paediatric doctor, with regular 24 hour shifts and I do my best to keep a good work life balance, making time for my hobbies including singing.
Having an active lifestyle has helped with less frequent migraines and has also controlled my cholesterol levels which used to be high when I was younger.
 
I started the new year with the aim to get back on track as quickly as possible and found the 6 week challenge as an excellent opportunity. I love challenges, and the moment I heard about this 6 week challenge I thought I should do it.
Having Unlimited Group Sessions, with several Group Sessions a day, Monday to Sunday (40 sessions to choose from per week), I made it a point to schedule every day, only missing out on the days I had a 24 hour shift.
 
Sessions are only 30 minutes and therefore are also very easy to fit into the schedule. Despite being short, I found them to be very effective, which in turn means that I saved a lot of time and still got Great Results!
 
There are several Group Sessions a day which is ideal for me in view of my irregular working hours. The people who attend have different levels of fitness, however the Coaches were able to instruct everyone to push their limits without overdoing it or injuring themselves.
 
Group Sessions combine intensity, core and strength, targeting every aspect for an increased fitness level.
One thing I found helpful was that @A New, Better Life they do regular measurements and weigh-ins, which helped me stay on track and allowed me to see my progress, encouraging me to continue.
 
Thanks to this challenge I have become stronger, more toned and increased my endurance. I succeeded in losing 10+ from 3 of the Main ‘trouble areas’ in my body.
The challenge can be a Success for anyone who takes it seriously. If one attends Group Sessions, at least 3 x week and makes use of the Nutritional advice provided, Great results are guaranteed. I recommend it to anyone wanting to make a change and put their health and looks first.

Just wanted to leave this post to thank you guys, I’ve been on the programme since March and the changes over the long term have been amazing. This is not a quick fix solution but a long term process which educates you and gives you all the tools necessary to succeed in your weight loss and fitness goals not only that, it also helps you maintain the results you gain. With the diet and workout plans which are personalized, I’m in better shape without starving myself and plus I ran a 10km marathon last Sunday something I could not even finish just a year ago. I highly recommend new better life, if you start the programme and get the work in there’s no limit on what you can achieve and yes you will have a new better life (pun intended).
